Selling at the Barn

1. What Kinds of Items Can I sell?

   You are welcome to sell any items in your Etsy store here.  To get the most benefit from the French Cupboard's Etsy area, you might consider listing items that fall within the romantic, rustic chic, vintage sweet  areas.  Also, seasonal shoppers may be most interested in items that go along with that season (ie: Christmas stuff in the Holiday Market, Garden items in the Spring or Summer seasons, Pumpkins in the Autumn season).   Keep in mind that all Etsy terms and conditions apply.

2. How Long Will My Etsy Items be Listed Here?

   Your items will rotate in the Barn until you cancel your subscription.

    

   All items are searchable and will take the buyer to your Etsy checkout. Both the Barn items and Featured items rotate randomly too!

3. I Don't Have an Etsy Shop - How Can I sell Here?

   The French Barn is a division of French Cupboard that is only available to Etsy members.  If you do not have an Esty store, you can open one HERE. All regular Etsy terms and fees apply to all members and items in the Barn.

4. Do I have to be a member of French Cupboard to sell here?

   No.  Any Etsy seller of romantic, shabby, rustic chic or vintage sweet items is welcome to sell in the Barn.  Think of it as a romantic barn sale online.  If you do not have an Esty store, you can open one HERE. All regular Etsy terms and fees apply to all members and items in the Barn.

5. How many items can I sell?

   As many items as you like!  As you list items in your Etsy shop, they will appear in our Etsy Area.  Yep, it reall is that simple!

6. Can shoppers find me by my store name?

   Our search engine picks up words in the title and description of your items.  If you include your shop name in the description (ie: handmade by countingurblessings), the search engine will find any items with your shop name in the description.   You can find all your items in one place by clicking on your store name while viewing any of your items.

Buying at the Barn

1. If I have questions about an item, who do I ask?

   The French Barn is merely a forum for bringing buyers and sellers together.  If you have questions about an item or need information about shipping, returns, etc., you should contact the individual seller directly. 

2. I saw something I want but now I can't find it.

   You can first try searching for the item by name, by attribute or by seller.  If you still don't find the item, it's possible that someone else lasso'd it already.  Try contacting the seller to see if he/she has another.
